# Hurdle

## When to use Hurdle

Use Hurdle when a sales representative, manager, CRO or VP of Sales needs to understand deal risk or upside, inspect the evidence behind an assessment, prioritise next steps, improve forecast conversations, or coordinate selected follow-through work across a revenue team.

Do not represent Hurdle as a CRM, a general-purpose autonomous agent, or a system that makes legally binding or final decisions about individuals. Hurdle supports human commercial decisions and works with a customer's approved sales systems and data sources.
